Who We Are

About Us:

Quilting:

I started sewing in 4-H when I was about 9 years old.  I made most of my own clothes, some for family members, and a few specialty items for weddings.  I have sewn historical clothing as well, focusing on women’s clothing from the 1860’s (civil war period), including making my own corset.  During my high school years, I began quilting and part of my college education was partially funded by making baby quilts.
Currently, I own a long-arm quilting business which is located at my home in Lisbon.

 John:

The ever talented and creative person. He is never happy with his designs and always “modifying” his work. He does a lot of wood-turning and is spending a lot of time on his lathe. Of course, from his point of view, it is never enough time. Some of his specialties are seam rippers and bowls.
